SHIPPING

All Orders are Mailed SAME DAY!

Orders must be placed Monday to Friday by 6 pm EST, Saturday by 3 pm EST No Shipping on Sundays or Holidays as we use USPS as our shipper.

Tracking information will be provided by email as soon as it becomes available. Please note the USPS number may not update their tracking information for up to 24 hours after shipment, and often do not provide in-transit updates in a timely manner. Please allow 3 days from when you receive the tracking number to contact us. We are here to help, but can not control weather delays, holidays and NO Sunday shipping.

ALL damages/ refunds are handled through the USPS Priority Insurance ONLY. Unfortunately if you do not record and provide proof of damage insurance will not reimburse, please refer to USPS website for more information. SUMMER SEEDS BAKING COMPANY does not provide refunds as the insurance is through USPS.

UNBOXING:

To Ensure proper USPS Priority Insurance can be used: All Customers need to video record the package as delivered.

When video recording the customer must Video record the unboxing in one continuous video… Must show the shipping label, the content of the product inside the box, and the invoice for the inside box. Again this needs to be one continuous video recording without stopping, cutting, or interruptions. The camera must remain on the package at all times. This includes opening and cutting the seals on both bags.
